Dear Parents and Guardians,
Along with the students and staff of Bayside School, we would like to invite you to this year’s Spring Concerts. These concerts will be an excellent opportunity for students to showcase their learning, be performers, and to celebrate as a community through music.
Each grade group will be presenting their own concert which will last approximately half an hour. All students in the grade group will be involved throughout the entirety of the concert. With the recent announcement of labour action by CUPE, and uncertainty about how long job action will continue, we have decided to move our concerts to daytime performances only. Please see below for the date and time your child will be performing.
Please RSVP using the link below so that we can have an idea of how many audience members to prepare for. If you have children in multiple grades, please fill out each grade’s form separately. We had planned to borrow extra chairs from other schools for the performances, however distribution services are unavailable at this time. If our audience exceeds the number of chairs we have, you may need to sit on the floor or stand. Please complete the RSVP form no later than March 5.

Doors will open 15 minutes before each assembly. Please come to the front door of the school for entry. We ask that all visitors to the school remove outdoor footwear and leave them on the carpet by the front door to help keep our floors clean and dry. You are welcome to bring indoor shoes to wear inside the school if you wish. Strollers will also need to be parked by the front door (no strollers or wagons in the gym please).
