We are excited to welcome children and their families who will be coming to Bayside for Kindergarten for the 2024-25 school year. Our Welcome to Kindergarten orientation will take place on Thursday June 6 at the following times:

4:30-5:20 Families with last names beginning with A-K

5:30-6:20 Families with last names beginning with L-Z

A welcome package was sent to families this week with a great deal of information to help you feel prepared for Kindergarten. Thursday evening will be open-house style and families will have an opportunity to meet teachers and administrators as well as members of our School Council. Carol, our administrative secretary, will be available in the office to answer questions about transportation, setting up your MyCBE account, or volunteer clearances. You and your child will also have a chance to explore the classrooms and try some Kindergarten activities.

* If possible, we encourage you to arrange for childcare for any siblings to allow you and your Kindergarten child to fully enjoy your time in the classroom.
